How much does computer repair cost?
The initial consultation is $89, including travel within the service area, diagnosis and the first 30 minutes of work. Additional time is $25 per 15-minute block. Your local technician explains and agrees the expected cost with you before continuing. Parts and specialist lab services are quoted separately and require your approval. The $89 initial consultation fee applies even if a repair or recovery is not possible. There is no separate callout fee.
How long do computer repairs take?
Most computer repairs are finished in the same visit. If a repair needs a replacement part, your local technician will explain what is needed and the cost before ordering it, then arrange the next step with you. Your technician won't promise an arrival date until the part's availability is confirmed.
Does the repair require a password or access to personal files?
Your local technician only asks for your password when the repair genuinely needs it — Windows updates, driver installs or account recovery — and you're welcome to type it in yourself and change it after the visit. Personal files, photos and email are not browsed. The work happens in front of you on your own table, so you can see what is being done. If a job needs your computer to leave the house, the reason is explained first and you decide.

What if you can't fix it?
If your technician can't repair your computer, your local technician will explain what failed and discuss your options. The $89 initial consultation fee still applies: it covers travel, diagnosis and the first 30 minutes. Additional work is $25 per 15-minute block and only proceeds with your approval. Parts are quoted separately.
